Built for U.S. wildfire, hurricane & flood zones

Before the fire.
Before the flood.
Before the storm.

When disaster strikes your home, your insurer asks what you lost. Answer with documented proof, not memory under stress.

Photograph the contents of your home today. ask.lucille builds a market-valued inventory and stores it safely off-site and ready the day you need it most.

The part nobody plans for

The disaster is one day. The claim is the next six months or more.

After a loss, insurers don't pay for what you remember, they pay for what you can document, item by item. The families who recover the most money are the ones who have a detailed home inventory before.

🔥

Wildfire

Fast-moving fires give you minutes to evacuate. There's no time to list a lifetime of belongings on the way out the door.

🌀

Hurricane

Wind and water can total a home in hours. A documented inventory turns a chaotic claim into a line-by-line submission.

🌊

Flood

Floodwater ruins from the ground up. Proof of what was in each room is the difference between a full and a partial payout.

🌪️

Tornado & Storm

Severe storms strike with little warning across the Plains and beyond. Readiness is the only thing you control.

Nearly 50%

of homeowner claims closed by the five largest insurers last year were settled without a payout. (Wall Street Journal, 2026)

Item by item

is how insurers settle major claims. Missing documentation costs you money and time.

An afternoon

is all it takes to photograph a home's contents. ask.lucille turns those photos into a report in hours, not days.

How it works

Point. Snap. Done.

Just walk through your home and take pictures of your belongings with your phone. No spreadsheets. No manual data entry.

Step 01

Photograph your belongings

Open a drawer, a closet, a garage. Snap what matters, room by room, item by item, at your own pace.

Step 02

AI identifies everything

ask.lucille describes each item and estimates a market-based value range, with no typing required.

Step 03

Get a report that holds up

Photos, descriptions and values, neatly organized, exported as PDF or CSV and stored safely off-site.

What's in your report

Documentation an adjuster can actually use.

Every item, captured the way a claim reviewer wants to see it. Saving you weeks of time and work!

01 · Identify

AI-powered identification

Our models recognize each item from your photos including furniture, electronics, appliances, tools, collectibles and more.

02 · Value

Market-based valuations

Each item gets an estimated value range built from real resale and market data.

03 · Describe

Detailed descriptions

Item names, condition and other insights captured automatically.

04 · Export

PDF & CSV export

Download and share your inventory with family, adjusters, or attorneys in the format they ask for.

05 · Protect

Secure off-site storage

Your photos and report are encrypted and stored away from the home they document, so a loss can't erase your proof.

06 · Update

Keep it current

Add new purchases whenever you bring something into your home, so your documentation stays accurate year to year.

Built for the worst day

Ready to financially recover after the emergency.

Recovery isn't just replacing what's lost. It's the claim, the paperwork, and the assistance programs that follow, and a documented home makes all of it faster for your family.

☁️

Survives the loss

Your inventory lives off-site in the cloud. If the home is gone, the record isn't.

📄

Claim-ready exports

Hand your adjuster or disaster-aid caseworker a clean PDF or CSV instead of trying to rebuild your life from memory.

🔄

Always current

Add photos whenever you bring something new home. Your inventory updates itself instead of going stale.

🔒

Always Private

We encrypt your data, never sell it, and don't use your photos to train our AI models.

💰

Claim what you'd forget

In the chaos of a loss, it's easy to underestimate what you owned. A documented inventory catches the things memory alone would miss.

🤝

Built for your family's recovery

FEMA and disaster-aid programs often require their own documentation. One inventory supports your insurance claim and every assistance application that follows.

Questions

Straight answers before disaster season.

Will my inventory survive if my home is destroyed?+

Yes. Your photos and report are stored securely off-site in the cloud, separate from the home they document. If the house is lost, your proof isn't.

How is this different from a one-time inventory report?+

A one-time report is a snapshot — good for a single need like an insurance baseline, estate planning, or divorce. ask.lucille Disaster Ready is a membership: you keep adding items over time as you acquire them, so your inventory never goes stale before you need it.

What if a disaster is happening right now and I need my report immediately?+

Your photos are processed as soon as you submit them — not when you request a report — so your inventory is already up to date. Just export a full PDF or CSV report in one tap, anytime.

What can I include in my inventory?+

Anything you can photograph — furniture, electronics, appliances, kitchenware, collectibles, clothing, tools, sports equipment and more. If it's in your home, it can go in your report.

Is this insurance or legal advice?+

No. ask.lucille is a home inventory documentation tool. It helps you create a detailed, market-valued record of your belongings. It doesn't provide insurance, legal, or claims advice — always work with your own insurer, adjuster, or advisor on coverage and claims.

Are the values guaranteed?+

Our estimates are based on recent resale data, but actual market value can vary. Use them as guidance, and consult a professional appraiser for very high-value items.

Is my data private?+

Yes. We encrypt your stored photos and reports, we never sell your data, and we don't use your photos to train our models.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes — you can cancel at any time to stop your membership from renewing. If you cancel within 14 days of signing up (or of a renewal charge), we'll refund you in full. After that window, we don't offer a refund for the current year, but your access continues through the end of your paid term, and our team will work with you to make sure you're getting value from your membership.

How can I get in touch with you?+

Email us anytime at [email protected] and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

The best time to document was yesterday. The second best is right now.

Spend an afternoon today so you're never rebuilding your life from memory tomorrow.
